Question 1

Will an AI host embarrass us with guests?

Accepted Answer

Nomi never invents prices or availability; both come from your own list and Tableo. Every reply shows what it was based on. Start with everything waiting for your approval and loosen one switch at a time.

Question 2

Our guests want a human.

Accepted Answer

They get one when it matters: large groups, allergies, complaints and anything you mark always go to you. For "is there a table for two on Friday", a correct answer in a minute beats a human answer tomorrow.

Question 3

We already have a booking widget.

Accepted Answer

Keep it. Nomi handles the guests who don't use it: the ones who email, DM and call.

Question 4

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

About ten minutes: connect the apps, let Nomi read your website and emails, correct what she got wrong, test on a real message, go live. You can stop and come back.

Question 5

What if she books a table we don't have?

Accepted Answer

She reads live availability from Tableo before every booking and can only book what Tableo shows as free, within the group size you allow.

Question 6

Does Nomi store my guests' personal data?

Accepted Answer

Nomi stores contact keys and stated preferences per venue, never health or allergy data. Any guest can be erased in one action. Merging two records needs your confirmation.

Question 7

How do I know what she did?

Accepted Answer

Every conversation lists her actions, the tool calls behind them, why something waited, and the cost. Your morning brief summarises it in her own words.

Question 8

Can she handle our second location?

Accepted Answer

Yes: each location has its own hours, contacts and Tableo; when a guest doesn't say which one, she asks.

Question 9

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Priced per venue per month inside Backoffice; a month of conversations costs less than one host shift. Exact tiers are being finalised.

Question 10

We use a different booking system.

Accepted Answer

Tableo is supported in full today, TableIn partially. Without a booking system Nomi still answers and prepares bookings for you to confirm. Other systems are on the roadmap.
